We also handle non-litigation matters for our corporate clients. Casello & Lincoln are regularly called upon to negotiate, draft or review proposed contracts and to provide advice to our business clients. Casello & Lincoln has represented both buyers and sellers in real estate and business purchase transactions. We provide timely employment practices advice and act as general counsel to a number of our clients.
